Get your Preferred Seat at a low Price!

In collaboration between Optiontown and Thai Airways, we present Preferred Seat Option (PSo) - a brand new feature that enhances your onboard comfort. Passengers have the option to select their seats such as emergency exit and front row seat at a low price. The emergency exit seat will give you ample leg space while the front row seat is perfect for passengers travelling with young children. Get ready to be comfortable!

How does it work?

	If you have a flight booking with Thai Airways, you can access your Booking Reference on flightservices.thaiairways.com and then choose your preferred seats.
	Online Preferred Seat can be purchased up to 48 hours of flight departure.

Steps to get Preferred Seat

Visit flightservices.thaiairways.com and select Preferred Seat Option tab.
Enter your booking details (booking reference, passenger last name and email) to retrieve your booking. If you don't have your Booking Reference handy, use the 'Advanced Search' to retrieve your booking details.
Select the desired seat for your flight.
Review and make the payment to complete sign-up.
